Kathy Magnani

Kathy is the owner of Le Bel Esprit Spa.  She greets everyone with a smile, a warm hug, snacks and a hot beverage.  Kathy makes her spa feel like home, she wants everyone to feel welcome the moment they walk in the door.  Kathy opened Le Bel Esprit in June of 2004 with her daughter Anne.  In 2007 they won “Best of the Valley” award for Best Day Spa/Massage and Best of the Rest Hair Salon.  The clients and her team members are of the utmost importance to her.   Customer service and a great staff is what sets the spa apart.   She is not only the owner but her Pedicures are truly the best!  It is important for Kathy that every client be treated like they are the most important person in the salon/spa.

Anne Kedala 

Anne is co owner of Le Bel Esprit Spa.  She graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing.  From there she went directly to hair school and got her cosmetology license.  Anne came to the valley after working many years at a renowned day spa and hair salon in New York City.  She specializes in hair design, hair color, and make-up.  Anne is committed to continuing her education and taking advanced classes in cutting and coloring in Boston and NYC.  In 2007 she helped the salon with the award for “Best of the Valley” Best of the Rest Hair Salon.  She has a passion for keeping up to date on the latest trends.  Anne builds lasting relationships with her client.  It is a partnership in finding that perfect cut and color for each and every client. 

Violet Nigro

Violet is our award-winning hairstylist and makeup artist.  Violet graduated the Connecticut Institute of Hair Design in 1986 at the top of her class.  With over 20 years of experience she has won excellence awards in make-up, perming, and pivot point cutting.  She has been with Le Bel Esprit for 4 years now and in that time helped win Best of the Rest Hair Salon in 2007.  Violet has been working in the Valley for over 16 years.  She specializes in Hair Design, Hair Color, Hair Texture, Waxing, Nails, and Make-up application.  Violet has an excellence in product knowledge award.  She spends the time helping you get the cut or color that fits your face and helps you achieve that same style at home.  When you come in to get your hair done with Violet you are not only getting a service but an education.  You will leave feeling beautiful and glamorous inside and out.

Carlene Ostrobinski

Carlene is a licensed esthetician, graduating from Chameleons School of Esthetics and New England Center for Esthetics Education in Northampton, MA.  After graduating with a four year degree at Westfield State and spending 13 years in the mental health field Carlene pursued her dream as an esthetician.  She has been living her dream now for almost 10 years and loves her job, making her one of the best.  Carlene specializes in Facials, Waxing, Body Treatments, Glycolic Treatments & Bovine Enzyme Treatments.  Carlene also performs ear candling, a holistic approach to detoxing the ears.  She is a skilled makeup artist specializing in camouflage makeup.  Her room is extremely relaxing featuring soft light, gentle music and a heated table.  Every facial includes a Collagen boosting facial massage stimulating the collagen production in the skin.  A thorough extraction of the skin and warm mitts and boots on the hands and feet will leave your skin feeling great from head to toe after any facial.  Carlene establishes a quality home care regime to enhance and maintain the health and wellness of the skin.  Every client who leaves Carlene’s room feels completely renewed
