Should I wash my hair before I come in for a hair service?

Never.  We will wash your hair here.

Should I wash my hair before my updo?

We would prefer if your hair was a little dirty.  It usually stays better in the updo.

Should I cancel my facial if I have a breakout?

During a breakout is the best time to get a facial.  A facial will safely remove impurities.

We will always take walk in clients if we have the availability.  If you are positive of the time and day you would like an appointment is easier to call.

Do I have to wait to wash my hair after a color services is done?

You do not have to wait to wash your hair after a color service is done. Whether it be a permanent color, glaze, or highlights the color is in there, washing it after will have no effect.

Does my hair get styled with a cut and color?

Every hair cut and color service gets a wash and blow dry with it.  It is very hard to see the results of a good cut or color without styling it ourselves after.  We have built it into the price.

Does a facial make me breakout?

A facial should never make you breakout afterwards.  If you have lots of impurities it is going to draw them out and clean out your pores.

Is a facial a painful services?

Our facials are very relaxing and pampering.  They even include a wonderful massage of the upper body and warm mitts and boots on the hands and feet.

Do I need to remove all my clothes to get a massage/facial?

We ask that your remove your top, pants, and bra.  You can leave on your underwear or take them off.  Our staff is very skilled with the sheets and you are never left exposed.  If you do not feel comfortable taking off something you by no means have to.  Your comfort is what is most important.

Are gift certificates available?

Gift certificates are always available.  You can call in and we can send it out to you or you can stop by and pick it up.

Should I get pedicures in the winter?

Pedicures are important throughout the year.  You can not neglect your feet in the winter because it will only make it tougher to get them into shape in the summer.
